This section contains the support tools useful for users. Please note that the majority of Intercent-ER services - such as SATER functions, tender notices and related documents - are only available in Italian.
Therefore, it is highly recomended that foreign economic operators who intend to use Intercent-ER services make use of personnel who have at least a basic knowledge of Italian.
Call Centre [in Italian]
To receive assistance and technical support on how to use SATER, users can contact the Call Centre at:
- 800 810 799 (free number for those calling from Italian landlines);
- 089 9712796 (for those calling from foreign landlines or cell phones);
- info.intercenter@regione.emilia-romagna.it
The call centre is active from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
