How to join the Electronic Market

In order to place their offers within the regional Electronic Market and the Dynamic Purchasing Systems, economic operators must have:

1. Registered with the SATER e-procurement system
2. Qualified for the Electronic Market or the selected Dinamic Purchasing System

The English version of the qualification handbook (1.94 MB) is available to all foreign economic operators. 

Please note that:

1. digital signature and Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) are mandatory to use the Electronic Market
2. the qualification call and all related documents [available only in Italian] must be read prior to requesting qualification to the Electronic Market
3. requesting qualification implies that the Electronic Market Regulations (215.73 KB) [available only in Italian] have been read and accepted
