How to join the Electronic Market
In order to place their offers within the regional Electronic Market and the Dynamic Purchasing Systems, economic operators must have:
- Registered with the SATER e-procurement system
- Qualified for the Electronic Market or the selected Dinamic Purchasing System
The English version of the qualification handbook (PDF - 1,8 MB) is available to all foreign economic operators.
Please note that:
- digital signature and Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) are mandatory to use the Electronic Market
- the qualification call and all related documents [available only in Italian] must be read prior to requesting qualification to the Electronic Market
- requesting qualification implies that the Electronic Market Regulations (PDF - 210,7 KB) [available only in Italian] have been read and accepted
